No, I have to say it should not be a felony offense. You can't sentance the guy to parading every weekend wearing an A board declaring his stupidity if it was a felony.
I've visited Texas several times, and I've been to the Alamo. While I'll admit that I did some stupid things in my younger days, I must say that the thought of peeing on the Alamo never crossed my mind.
I think what we have here is a candidate for the Darwin Awards...an example of Darwinism trying its best to work.
"The most dangerous man, to any government, is the man who is able to think things out for himself. Almost inevitably, he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane and intolerable."...H.L. Mencken
Ozzy Osborne had the excuse that he's not even from this planet, but a man from El Paso? Unbelevable.
Never going to buy another long barrel pistol? Ok, now it's four, just got a Ruger Super Redhawk in .357. If you think the standard version is heavy you want to try the long barrel version. Pics coming soon...
I've always thought that a pair of boots with a 10 gallon hat over top was a Texan with the crap kicked out of him.![]()
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.
I love my country, but I fear my government.

I'm not a Texan and the most amount of time I have spent in Texas was lay overs at DFW, but even I would vote for a public beating for that crime. Good men died on those grounds. That guy should have some honor even if it has to be beaten into him.
It's a trick... Get an axe...
Ozzy was banned from San Antonio for a decade.
"On January 19, 1982, a month after he stole headlines by biting the head off a bat during a concert, British heavy metal rock star Ozzy Osbourne gained even more notoriety when he was arrested in San Antonio for urinating on the memorial cenotaph in Alamo Plaza. The former leader of Black Sabbath desecrated the site while wearing his girlfriend's dress. The outrage of city notables was intense, and led to the city council banning Osbourne from making public appearances in the city. The ban remained in effect for a decade, until Osbourne was publicly pardoned after paying $10,000 to the Daughters of the Republic of Texas."
I was pretty sure my statement would fire up you " TEXANS " no disrespect intended. And as far as " THE ALAMO " goes I hope to visit it some day, But I sure as hell won't be taking a leak on it.![]()
