Well I'm 59, and still suckin' air. Got the usual ailments, and some not so usual.
You hang in there Popeye! I been there and your right it is spooky! I had a heart attack called a "Widow Maker" at 43. Had triple bypass when I was 47. LOTS of what they call procedures in between, angioplasty, rotoblade, and stents. Not too fun, I know. You just start walking as much as you can, don't over do, but walk. And fer Pete's sake watch what you eat! And what you drink! And carry them nitro with you everywhere for the next few years. You'll do ok if you follow all the Doctors instructions!

I'm 56, but occasionally I still think I'm 26. That usually results in some physical injury. My wife has gotten pretty good at reminding me.
Stuff I have learned I have no business doing anymore:
1. Helping you move.
2. Getting more than two feet off the ground on a ladder.
3. Playing 9 innings of softball.
4. Actually, pretty much any sport that involves a ball.
5. Staying up past 11:00.
