My sprinkler man was just telling me a funny story.

He was in some other state (I forget where), and was having a drink in some local tavern.

He commented to the bartender that it seemed to be pretty boring there as well as in this town in general.

About 10 minutes later, the bartender came over and said "are you a safe driver?"

He says "Yeah, sure I'm a safe driver."

So the bartender gives ham an address to another bar, and says that he'll find some action there.

Well, after about 5 minutes in the second bar, he realizes that it is a GAY bar.

Needless to say, he just beat feet back to his motel, and called it a night.

I just saw a Progressive Insurance commercial on TV that reminded me of this story. Flo asks the guy if he is a safe driver.

And believe me you I would've went back to the first bar before I went to the Hotel. I wouldn't want the bartender thinking I made a night of it at the second one!!

That was my point. I've traveled a lot and have been to those one horse towns where the gas station owner was the mayor and sheriff.

Whenever traveling show the locals the deepest respect, Even if its a dive it belongs to someone.
