Duct tape, roofing nails and WD40 can damn near fix anything or at least make it work for awhile.

I've used brake cleaner on bees and wasps. Never thought of using WD40.

Does anybody know the truth of the rumor that the formulation has been changed in recent years to render it non flammable. In years past I have successfully used it as starting fluid for 2 stroke motors.

Oh...that thing about it will ruin your guns...Not so. It does leave a sticky residue if left in storage. Just clean before use, good as new.

When I had motorcycles, I bought WD-40 by the gallon. I used it to chase the water out after washings or near drownings, especially on dirt bikes.
