There are two judge models, the 3" mag model and the 2 1/2 which was made first. Sorta depends on what gun you have. Does it say ".410 3 Inch" on it? Got a picture?
I picked up some .410 - 3" Magnum Shotshells made by Silver Bear. They fit snug in the chamber of the full size Judge. Is this shell safe for the judge? I read the manual and couldn't find anything saying not to. Any Judge experts out there?

It has a 3" chamber on it. Is that what you mean?

If you have the 3" chamber you will be able to use 3" shells, magnum or not.

Are you worried about the actual round being to hot for the judge?
What are the specs on the ammo?

I was a little worried about that. There are no specs on the 5 round box I picked up.Originally Posted by Optimus

~Bring your preferred removal dowel tool with you to the range because they may stick in the cylinder because they are a steel case, and your cylinder's may be a little tight for them... If they stick, don't force them with your extractor... You don't want to damage your extractor...
~You can use one of these in a drill to burnish the cylinder bore a little for a better fit... That's what their for... Judges are notorious for tight-rough cylinder bores... So a little polishing with a Stainless Steel Cylinder Brush usually tunes them right in...
