I cant believe that brass marked that slide, Birchwood casey makes a bluing pen that may touch it up but I would try to do a large area on the top of the slide so it doesnt look like a series of touch up dots. Regular cold blueing on a cloth may work but I would see if the blueing is actually marked. Maybe you can remove those marks with a very mild cleaner or abrasive cream. Emphasis on MILD!  Ive used that bluing pen and they work pretty well. I just dabbed the area, let it dry, and buffed it with a rag. Blended perfectly on my 1911 and 917.
