    Shooting: A good Stress Reliever

Hi everyone, I've been shooting a clip or two every weekend just to stay sharp. Was wondering how often most of you shoot. I find it to be a good stress reliever. Here's my latest casualty.

    That should do the trick!

I try to go at least every other weekend. Sometimes I can't make it due to other commitments, and sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, but a week without shooting is somehow less full than a week with at least a couple of boxes' worth downrange.

I go in the backyard whenever the weather is nice and the neighbor kids are in school and everyone else at work.

It's like the stress just channels down your arms and out of the end of the barrel.

I do it 'cause unlike the Mythbusters, I can't can't go out a blow S*** up.
Well, actually I could, but that would cause problems.

I usually shoot once a week. I am lucky to have use of a friends private range, sometimes a groups goes, sometimes me and my wife and other times I go by myself. It is a great stress relief and when alone I find myself just relaxing and not shooting much.

This was a great week, I got to go twice!!

2 x a month or so. Gotta stay sharp.

Lately, I haven't been able to go very often, but I hope to change that soon, maybe 2x per month!

During the 90's I was at the indoor range all the time. Had to go home to have two babies though.

It's definitely a stress reliever for me every other week, weather and ammunition conditions being at an acceptable level. As long as the targets are paper or inanimates (logs, stumps, gongs, laptops), i don't see any harm in it.
