Gosh.....and to think anyone tattooed with the "L" word COULD be fair and balanced ! What a revelation. (SARCASM) Unfortunately, it will simply be downplayed, ignored or called some part of a "L" - word "plot".....by the right-side zealots.
Being "fair and balanced" is a mark of CHARACTER.....NOT a manifestation of one's political leanings. There are fair and balanced people on BOTH sides of the aisle. (What a heretical thing to say, isn't it !)
The actual idea was to give the guys and gals some help or info or just something to gaze at. Guess I should have left the politics out of it. For that I apologize. So let's keep the politics out of it if possible.
I thought polli-tics was what a parrot who swallowed a watch was.
Excellent story Qwiks, thanks for posting. With WI new CWP laws coming into effect it's a very topical theme in your state. It echos what we have seen with the huge percentage of new female owner/operators of firearms across the country.
Covers all the topics and questions newcomers have - made for women by women.
I thought the news segment was very well done. I always encourage folks to get some level of training, either from a professional instructor or a skilled friend who pistol shoots. Safety always is first.
Qwiks I had seen this before. I did feel that the report was balanced. I do not know what the target audience of the station is, probably anybody they can get to watch.
But to have the "babe" and the "granny" basically saying the same thing, I am not going to be a victim, that was good, and the fact that the reporter turned in a pretty good target after one lesson, that will give others encouragement out there.
This is all nice but I was hoping a few of the female members would log in on this as well.
