    The closest to me would be my Radom P-64, but that's from 1976 and still 4 years too old. Everything else is either really too old or far too young.

    Not the year I was born , but a shotgun that was my grandfathers and 2 shotguns and a .22 rifle that were my dad's. Grandpa's was from the 1880's 1 of dad's was from the 20's and 2 of them are close to my age from the 40's

    No, but I still have the .410 shotgun my Dad (Oops, I mean Santa Claus) gave me for Christmas when I was 10. Lets just say it ain't no spring chicken either.

    I'm not a collector and wouldn't go after a birth year firearm. I can understand wanting such a gun though.

    I have a Colt Officer's Model Match, circa 1954. it has five years of seniority over me.

    The Colt OMM was a gift from my bro-in law.

    I have at least 2 guns made in my birth year. I may have more but I don't know the manufacture date of all my firearms. The two that I know of are Mosin Nagant 91/30 Russian rifles. Their date on the receiver is 1942. I, of course, was a war baby and was named after my uncle who was serving in Italy at the time.
