Well my first trip back to the range after taking at least 6 weeks off was a comedy of errors on my part. I was planning to start back up with my Ruger .22 but failed to take any magazines with me! Duh. I'd forgot I'd taken them out of their bag and threw them in the safe. Fine, so I'll have to shoot my daily carry, which isn't a bad place to start back up by any means. Unfortunately, I had no ammo and had to buy the range's reloads at $14 a box. So only one box got purchased, got shot off in 10 minutes, then I went home. I enjoyed shooting again after a long break.

Yard Work vs Range Time?!?!

Yeah, I'm guilty too - also tuning up for a State IDPA match and STILL working the bugs out of my recent AR9 build so -- less time doing Bullseye! STILL - some very good shooting and more to come, I'm sure - personally I find the longer days and shooting outdoors great fun!
