Yep, I know of 5 people who've already received their CWL, they handed theirs in in person. Reports I heard say the DoJ received 10K (yes...thousand) applications today.

AR Honors WI / DE Honors NM
Arkansas has added Wisconsin to the list of states it will honor. Delaware will now honor New Mexico. Wisconsin Page has been updated at Handgunlaw.us to show the latest changes. IT also looks like Applications in WI will be huge in the first week or so. WI DOJ site had over 80,000 downloads of their application in the first day. More states will be adding WI in the coming weeks. As they list WI that information will be posted.

I see WI recognizes TX so Texas should reciprocate pretty quickly (if we haven't already, that is!). Good now I can pack when I visit my brother near River Falls, WI.

Glad to see they honor PA permits also in WI. Just wish Ohio and Illinois would get off their high horse and get reciprocacy with PA as well.
