Our home is our castle and we should feel safer in it than out on the street, but there is no fool proof security system. I am always prepared for the what if, or at least try to be. So Yes I carry at home.

Who Carries At Home?
Most of us carry when we go out but how many carry when at home?

I carry at home all the time, except in the shower at least. I keep my 945 either on my person or within short arms reach no matter what room I'm in. and if I have the absolute need to pull something else out in a SHTF situation, my P-64 is waiting with the ammo so I'm not too vulnerable if I need to get a long gun. There have been a number of home invasions in my area lately, and the last thing I'll have happen is my family being harmed if I'm in a position to protect them. If my dad could get over that curse of being a lefty, he would be fine picking up any of my rifles.

I carry at home at times. *I don't live in a good neighborhood, so I'll have a piece under my belt at night when I go out to the car or in the yard. *I also carry out at the farm.
