Has anyone used the minotaur mtac? It seems alot like the crossbreed but it has leather that covers the hardware on the inside where it touches your side, anyone have experience with both of them? thanks in advance

I'm about to order one after seeing a friend that carries his in the MTAC. In my opinion, it is superior to all other IWB holsters but they do run about $80.Originally Posted by 45pro

Ive heard that the kholster is a knock off of the supertuck, the leather is thinner and cheaper and is prone stress tears, is that not right? I am only buying one holster even if that means spending 100+
Jared
I can't speak directly about the kholster but from pictures it does not appear as sturdy as the MTAC. Keep in mind this is not from experience only pictures. I have seen and held an MTAC in person and the quality is far superior to anything else I've seen. YMMV.Originally Posted by 45pro

IDK , but the kholster does have a lifetime warranty even if modified.
BTW The leather is thicker than it looks in pics.

Do you or did you have any problems with the leather wanting to curl or anything? The lifetime warranty does impress me for a fairly cheap costing holster

My wife got me a SuperTuck for Christmas (I love her!) and it's awesome.
I usually forget I am wearing it, and it's totally conceilable with any clothing - including my work clothes of slacks and a dress-shirt.
My wife got it for me for Christmas, but I think the leather is thick enough not it curlOriginally Posted by 45pro

I have a minituck and a supertuck. Being a smaller guy with a small waist, the minituck works a lot better for me.
