    New Open Carry Holster

I ordered online a Versacarry holster for my PT145. I received it yesterday and at first was a little disappointed. It didn't look like a holster. It was flat. The holster is a OWB, distressed water buffalo. I put in on and got my PT145 inside of the holster. I wore the holster and pistol from around noon till 9pm last night. The fit is great and very comfortably. The holster has a very snug fit on the pistol and the pistol stays put in place. I got a email today on a buy one and get one free and I figured why not. I have a couple of Bersa's that could use a new holster(I am in no way affiliated with Versacarry or do I receive any compensation from them). The pistol rides high enough that a shirt untucked or light jacket covers it. Just thought I would share...

I have been seeing ads for those popping up in my Facebook and they look righteous. Thanks for the review maybe I'll pick one up. How much was it?

The plain Black are $24.99 or the Distressed water buffalo is $29.99 plus $4.00 shipping. They way they are made they should last for several years with proper care...

Does the "distressed water buffalo" have chew marks where the lion got it? I had a water buffalo hide wallet back in the mid 90s and it was almost indestructible.

I have several Versacarry belt slide holsters, they also make really nice belts. The double leather belt I'm using now is real good.
That was the only place I could find a holster for my S&W 4013TSW from 1993. They're great.

I love my Versacarry distressed water buffalo holster. Like you said, its really comfortable and personally I like the way it looks. And, it is probably going to outlive me.

I carry my officer 1911 in mine, it's a heavy gun but the holster makes it much easier.

That's a good thought. My Officer 1911 is the only gun I don't have an EDC holster for.

Just for reference......my Versacarry. This one is the combat cut, or whatever they call it, that has the leather that comes up in the back to cushion you from the metal.
