TCP slide lock back problem easy fix!!
Slide fails to lock back when the follower in the empty mag does not push up on the lever inside gun due to the fact that the follower is somewhat loose inside mag so I disassembled the mag and took a pair of pliers and bent the top right corner of mag opposite the lever inside the gun actually pushing the follower toward the lever. quick and easy fix just makes ammo a smudge harder to insert into mag. worked for me maybe it will for you too
