I called Taurus directly and WAS able to order sleves/spacers. They run about $10.00 each. You may have talked to the wrong person. Good luck.
was the spacer for the G2 compact model??
Here's a link to the Taurus manual with the parts list. Pages 30-31 part no. 7.06 according to the diagram. I'm looking at a compact as well and wanted to know about the extended magazine sleeve (Taurus calls it a magazine extension).

I have talked to 2 different people at Taurus on 2 different occasions about the problems with my 10 round clip, and about the "sleeves" for the 12 round clips. I was told that the diagram number of 7.06 is NOT a "part" number, and that they do NOT yet even have a part number assigned to the sleeves to be able to find or send me one.

That's disappointing but probably won't keep me from getting a compact anyway. I'll just have to keep tabs on customer service as to when the extensions become available. Good luck with your quest and repost here if you have any luck.

A few years after Taurus introduced the original 24/7, 24/7 C and MillPro series, the mags and the mag sleeves were still so rare that folks had to wait for months to get their replacements from Taurus when they had problems with the mags.
