I shot my 24/7 PRO 40s&w this weekend for the first time and LOVED IT!!!!
I grew up shooting rifles and shotguns and have only shot a couple of handguns one being an old ruger 22cal and the other a s&w 44mag rev with an 8 3/4" barrel (yes very opposite ends of the spectum); anyway, I'm a great shot with just about any rifle or shotgun but handguns is another story. It took about 2 clips( not quite full) and I finally got the hang of it. My best was a 3" group of 4 rounds from about 15' away.
The gun felt great and I had no issues. I can't wait to shot her again!
Congratulations on your new 24/7 and Welcome to the Forum!!!
As you shoot it more, it will wear in, the Trigger Mechanism in particular, and you will become more accustomed to it. In that respect, you will become one with it and it will serve you very well!
Amongst other hardware, I own and operate both a 9mm 24/7 Pro and a .45 24/7 OSS. They are truly wonderful handguns!

Yeah the trigger seemed a bit long, but no biggie. I'll get use to it.
I was looking at getting a S&W .40 MP but I fell in love with the 24/7 as soon as I picked it up. She just felt more balanced. Plus she was about 250 bucks cheaper. I'm very happy with my choice! ;D
well if your 24/7 is anything like my two, ahh three!
then they play hard to get and will not let you kiss them until they get all hot and sweaty from a good range trip, then they are bascally just little sluts!
OH welcome to the forum!
Congratulations on your new 24/7 . I have the full size. 40 also and its my favorite gun. Gets better with every trip to the range. Mine functions so smoothly I can't imagine a better shooting pistol for any money. I haven't shot them all, but have shot a Sig, it was a very nice gun , but didn't function any smoother than my 24/7 .
