Just bought my first ever handgun. 24/7 pro C DS in 9mm. I have never shot one before and still havent shot this one (shot 4" barrel 24/7 9mm) but the feel in my big hand is very good even with the 13 round mag. I am just about to clean it and wanted to post some pics for you guys. I also purchased an Itac holster last sunday and that came in the mail the other day, so here they are together. first thoughts on the holster is it seems like it would be good for open carry or range gun or even if you have a large coat on but dont see myself using it in the summer much for conceal carry. On to the gun porn!

Quick question...so I put some rounds in a mag and cycled through them manually making sure it would eject everything good but it wont eject the last round of the mag...is this normal? It wont do it on either mag. if someone could throw a couple rounds in a mag and try this for me and let me know if yours does the same, I wont be able to shoot it until tomorrow, but wondered if anyone else had this issue.

I have the same gun (compact/stainless/9mm) and had a similar issue at first. I cleaned it then took it to the range. Loaded her up. First mag, 3 failure to feed. Second mag, 4 failures to feed. Third mag, 2 failure to feed. After that, next 200 rounds without any issue. Haven't had an issue since and i now trust it and carry it. I think it just needed to loosen up a bit. Didn't have the problem with my full size 24/7 though, that thing is 100% since day one.

Ok just got home from the range. The gun performed perfectly! no FTE, FTF or anything. I even shot Tul Ammo which is cheap $9.50 for 50 rounds ammo and it shot perfect. Also put through about 80 rounds of Federal 115gr with zero problems. Also it ejected the last round no problem but still wont if I manually do it which I dont care. So with 135 rounds shot today I am a very happy man. Here is my target (sorry camera phone pic) these were shot at 10-13ft... My first clip was center mass, first shot was low but adjusted to the 3 dot sights on the very next shot (I was used to shooting the straights eights on the 24/7 full size). Then moved up to the head of the target, decent grouping. The shots on the left and right shoulders were intentional and were rapid fire. Then I stuck on my other targets and shot at those at 18-20ft the right target was again rapid fire at 20ft. This gun is great and love the feel of it especially since I have a large hand and being it is a compact I was afraid of it not fitting but its perfect.

Thanks for the great range report. I am glad to hear your 24/7 C 9mm had performed flawlessly. I love mine, too. Because the unfired rounds are longer and heavier than the empty casings, I don't care much if a few of them are not ejected properly when hand cycling. The main thing is no FTEs, FTFs during shooting like yours did and I'm happy. ;D

Hey, deuce, you need to get 1, bud. This is a sweet compact pistol. I love mine so much that I bought 4 extra mags (2 compact ones and 2 extended ones) for her.

Congratulations on your fine new 24/7 PRO C DS 9mm! I have the same pistol in .45 and it's a real keeper!

The 24/7 c in my opinion is about as short of a grip as i feel actually fits my hands.
now I own a 709, sig 238, taurus 738 and they shoot pretty good but i do need to change my grip a bit.
so the 24/7c is about perfect as a carry/conceal pistol for my hands, the size other than the length of course is the same as my 24/7 OSS and several other weapons and so fits fine.
I own a 24/7c in 45 acp & 9mm, they both are good weapons, the 9mm being lighter in recoil will just tear a target up in rapid fire mode at 7-10 yards.
